Broken Promises ships from multiple warehouses. Please note that if you ordered more than one item, you may receive more than one package. If you received a package that is missing an item, please be patient as there might be another package on the way. Broken Promises is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We offer Shipping Protection at checkout, which is automatically added to your order, and ensures you that all packages arrive safely. This service can assist you with providing a reshipment or refund if your package is lost, stolen, or missing.
If you choose to Opt Out of shipping protection, Broken Promises is not responsible for any undelivered packages and we are unable to refund you for a missing shipment.
