Orders may take up to 7 days to process. Please note, any shipping estimates provided at checkout are transit time only, and do not include processing time. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to leave our building, although most orders will be processed within 1-3 days. After you've received a notification that your order has been shipped, then transit time starts.
Please note that we ship from multiple locations and you may receive more than one package. Phone cases ship on their own from a separate facility.
Please allow up to 1 weeks from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your shipment confirmation (USA), please notify firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number.
Please note that special projects such as BAND COLLABORATIONS may be shipped from an external merch company with different processing times. BAND COLLABORATIONS may take up to 60 days to ship.
The shipping method you chose at checkout will be used to ship your items. We are not responsible for delayed shipments and Broken Promises does not refund shipping fees for delayed shipments. We offer Route Shipping Protection who guarantees that your order arrives in a timely manner. If you choose to "Opt-Out" of this service, Broken Promises is not responsible for delayed packages. Route can assist you if your order does not arrive on time.
